    Email

    Our Actinic Site is up. People place orders, they are not getting receipt emails and we are not receiving order emails on our server side.

    Please help me to understand.

    Check your email settings in Advanced | Network setup. Run the test button to see if you get the test email.

    Report back here with your setting (not user names or passwords), the webhost you use and the results of your test.

    You could also try a forum search on the name of your webhost to see if this has already been addressed.

      I checked the email settings at every possible location, but it didn't work until I realized the site needed to be updated online. DUH!!
