    How do I set Actinic up to send a Credit Card Approval Notification Email to the customers?

    What's the procedure to approve the order and respond to the customer with the acceptance?

    Are you using a payment service provider? Most (if not all) of these send a confirmation to the customer email address confirming the transaction.
    Once the PSP part is complete, when (if) the customer returns to your site, this triggers your receipt email process (if you have it set up) and also sends the notification to you that you have an order available to download - if it's the first order since you last downloaded (again if you have completed the setup for that). You can also make a setting that will copy you on every customer confirmation email.

    Most of this is explained pretty well in the online help and the starter guide (also one click on the help menu).

    You might want to take a little time out to read through these documents before you go much further.
