Country Input in Address

I have a number of UK shipping locations defined for Mainland, NI, etc. as well as other countries.


However these shipping locations are displayed as COUNTRY in the Billing and Shipping address.

Is there a way to either allow customers to overtype during checkout
(currently its a HIDDEN input!)

or better still default to COUNTRY = UK for each of these options?

The only way you can do this, is to use "Simple Tax" and "Simple Shipping" I'm afraid
