Snapshot Import Problem

I'm trying to import a snapshot of my site onto another computer.

When i perform Snapshot>Import i get the following error;

Errors(File ThemeExport.cpp, Line 1725) - The parent theme Layout01 is missing from the import

Any ideas what has gone wrong?

Hi Pete,

This is an issue that can be caused if the theme.ini file has been changed or corrupred. Can you go into C:\Program Files\Actinic v7 \Formats\Themes on the machine you made the snapshot on and make a copy of your 'themes.ini' file. Copy this to the same location on the system you are importing the snapshot into and let me know if the issue still persists.

What version of Developer are you using? On the previous thread, to fix it, i simply backed up the themes.ini and used the default themes.ini instead. This fixed the snapshot export issue.

Close down Actinic. Go to the following folder "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes". Find a file called "themes.ini" and rename it to themes_backup.ini or move it onto your desktop. Now attach to this thread is the original themes.ini zipped up, extract it to the "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes".

Now open Actinic and export a snapshot again
