Adding an order manually

Hi all,

My new store is going very well having taken 5 bookings now and 15 memberships since launching only 2 weeks ago! (http://www.organicimage.com/acatalog/shop.html) but I've hit a bit of a snag which I'm sure has a very simple resolve.

I am allowing orders to be taken via printing off a .pdf form and taking cheques thru the post but how on earth do I generate a manual order for this and a customer invoice within Actinic?

Do what I do with V6; go to your website and place the order online. The only way to do it offline is with V7.
