Unfamiliar error message on accessing site....

hi guys, just dropping in with a perplexing issue....
Had a message from a couple of site browsers today, seemingly our site can be accessed via the internet, but on clicking the 'shop' button that should take you to the store the following error appears....

Error: ../acatalog/nqset00.fil is corrupt. The signature is invalid.

I have NO IDEA how to fix this...can anyone please advise? I'm not technical in any way, and the site is probably running by luck rather than judgement.

Have you tried Help | Troubleshooting | Website Purge and Refresh? Do this after checking no oustanding orders.

Also preferable to suspend ordering for 30 mins (although I , like many others dont )
