    Error after updating to 7.04

    Hi Folks,

    I've just taken the plunge and updated to V7.04

    Everything seems to have gone fairly smoothly, and my previous snapshot imported without problems.

    However, after switching from uncompact to compact HTML mode, I've encountered the following error when updating the site.

    index.html,index.html has been found in the site folder and has the same name as a generated file which is referenced by one or more templates.
    When it references the site folder, is it talking about Site1 directory or SiteHTML directory? They both contain index.html

    Is the solution simply to delete the existing index.html in the folder it's complaining about?

    Thanks.

    Myles

    Edit. Extra Info.

    I have three files called Index in the site.1 folder.

    One opens in notepad with the following info:

    [Tables]
    one=Setup2
    two=Setup3
    three=Checkout Prompt:1187
    four=SetupInfo

    [Setup2]
    BackgroundFlag=DWORD:1
    BackgroundValue="background1.gif"
    nFirstRowSectionLayoutColumnCount="1"
    nNextRowSectionLayoutColumnCount="1"
    bTopSectionsInAll=DWORD:1
    sTopSectionTemplate="Act_SectionLineSmallText.html"

    [Setup3]
    sCheckoutPrimaryTemplate="Act_PrimaryCheckout.html"

    [Checkout Prompt:1187]
    WHERE="((nID=1187) AND (nPhase=-1))"
    sPrompt= "<TABLE width="100%"><TR>"

    [SetupInfo]
    WHERE="(nID=74)"
    sLargeData="Act_PrimaryCheckout.html"

    [CUSTOMVARs]
    1=CUSTOMVAR1
    2=CUSTOMVAR2

    The second file called Index is a bitmap image which displays part of a screenshot for one of the Themes.

    And the third one is the Index.html.

    Not sure what the first two are all about. Are they what's causing the error?

    O.K. I've fixed the error.

    Deleted the index.html from site.1 folder after comparing the contents of site.1 with V7.01 on another machine.

    Not sure why the snapshot imported a copy of the Index.html into Site.1 when it shouldn't do. The backup was uncompacted and took quite a while to import into the updated program, so maybe that had something to do with it?

    Anyway, the issue appears to be fixed now.
