manual order in catalog

Hi,

I have placed a manual order and set the payment type to SecureHosting(epdq).

Does the catalog software send this order to SecureHosting somehow or do I have to re-enter the customers details all over again?

I presume by manual you mean an offline order? If that's the case then you would need to place an online order if you want your PSP to get the details

Yes, I do mean offline.

The reason I wanted to do it offline was to set the postage cost manually.

Hi there

If you check the help file there is something mentioned with Offline ordering and PSP. Go to the "Content | Entering New Order | New Order – Confirming Shipping And Payment".
Here you will see the following for "URL" on "Payment".

If your Payment Service Provider (PSP) offers you a virtual payment terminal in which to take customer payments online, then enter the URL of the virtual terminal in this field and click 'Go'. Actinic will remember this value for the next order you enter.
