    IE Checkout problem

    Hi all,

My site has been up and running for 2 weeks and after testing was working fine. I upgraded to V7.4 and uploaded again and now I am experiencing problems. I'm not saying it is an upgrade problem just letting you know my settings so people have full info.

Basically when you add products to the site it works fine but then the basket reroots to http://mysite.com/acatalog/whatever.html rather than http://www.mysite.com/acatalog/whatever.html.

This is causing numerous errors and stopping sales. This only happens on IE, Firefox is fine.

Are there any known issues or have I made an error in one of the templates.

    Update
I have just checked and I basically get errors everytime I access a perl script. I can move to the script fine but when I move away to another page it takes me to http://mysite.com/acatalog/whatever.html rather than the www. version.

    Regards,

    Neil

I thought I'd sorted it. I thought I needed to post full links (including the http://www.mysite.com/acatalog/about_us.html) on my templates rather than just relative e.g. about_us.html.

I have done this and I am still getting the same error.

Basically on the cart page on the text

"Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here. "

The click here is linked to http://mysite.com/acatalog/about_us.html

This is the same for all scripts. They refer to http://mysite.com rather than www.mysite.com.

Any thoughts please? I'm tearing my hair out!

    Neil

    Thanks

      Hi Neil

What is your website url? One thing you could check, is go into "Advance | Network Setup" and make sure the "Catalog URL" and "Website URL" has both got www.mysite.com.

        Hi Nadeem,

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Both had www. in the Network settings.

I am currently in conversation with Darren trying to resolve the issue.

        Cheers,

        Neil
