    Error when customers are trying to add a product!

    Hi,

    I went from version 7.0.2 to 7.0.4 the other day and now when I got to add a product on my site the site errors out with the message below:

    public_html/acatalog/A00068.cat is corrupt. The signature is invalid.

    I have refereshed and reuploaded, but no joy.

    Can anyone help please, thanks

    When does this happen? It when you try to add the product to the cart?
    I had a similar probem it was caused by a change in the name of the html file for the particular product group, my menu was linking to an old file and causing the glitch.

      Error when adding products!

      Hi Ernie,

      Its the exact same error but I hav not made any changes to any HTML files/details.

        Hi there

        Go into "Help | Troubleshooting" and click on "Website Purge and Refresh". Tick "delete .cat and .fil", and now select "Delete and Refresh". This will cause Actinic to refresh the site with new .cat files.
