Index Page Location

Hi All

Don’t know if anyone can help me. I’m new to all this Actinic stuff and have been trying to just get a site up and running. One of the problems that I’m having is the placement of the index.html page on my ftp site.

In order to connect to my site the index.html page needs to be in folder and on just at the top level of the site. For example at the moment it is located:

mysite.co.uk/index.html

And it needs to be mysite.co.uk/htdocs/index.html

Can anyone tell me how I can change actinic to do this?

Hi there

This can be done in "Advance | Network Setup". This box is where you put your ftp details and the location of where you want Actinic to upload. By the way, where you say

And it needs to be mysite.co.uk/htdocs/index.html

Does this refer to a web url? If so, then this does not sound right, the htdocs folder is where you show the webpage on your site. Only in FTP do you upload the pages here.
