Order Progress Emails

I am trying to customize the emails for sending to customers during the payment/ shipping phase.

Having trouble getting beyond the generics
NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_DATA
NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_LINES
etc.

Where can I find some documentation on these?

Where are the actual files which generate these mails?

Grateful for any guidance!

Just need to get these emails sorted and I can go live with my first Actinic site!

Hi there

These two variables are generated by the desktop application, therefore you cannot change the content of these variables I'm afraid.
