    Showing site in two Ways

    Hi All,

With the extensive help of this forum I am close to completing my online jewellery shop.

At the moment I have divided up the products firstly by what they are made of (plain silver, semi precious, gems etc.) then by what they are (rings, bracelets, necklaces etc.)

I would like to offer the customer the oppertunity to do it the other way round ie; all rings or bracelets then sub divide them into plain silver, gems etc.

Is there a better way to do this in Catalogue other than creating new sections, subsections then copying each individual product?

    www.seriouslysilver.co.uk

    Many thanks for any pointers,
    Andy

    been considering this myself.
Search by bike (make>model>product) or by item (product>make>model)
Other than by creating all the sections from fresh and using duplicates, I'm not sure there's an easier way round it!

I'm still umming and ahhing about it.

As Actinic creates static pages and does not use a online database you will need to create new sections and subsections to feature products into a new navigation structure - best to copy and paste as duplicates to keep updating the originals to a minimum
