snapshot import errror

Can anybody help with this?...

I have two machines set up, one for orders and one for design changes. Changes were made on the design machine and a snapshot created for import on the orders machine.

When I try to import the snapshot I get fatal errors saying that it cannot access certain tables (such as order) because you and another user are trying to change the same data at the same time.

I tried it again making sure that the actinic on the design machine was closed, but still the same. I have also tried rebooting both machines to log out of anything that might be active, and still the errors are present.

Any suggestions would be great

Have you ever done a snapshot transfer between these two machines before?

I would check the security settings in Housekeeping | Security and make sure both machines are set identical.

Yes it has worked fine in the past. I will check the security settings but I'm almost sure they're the same.

The problem has started since I changed the machine that does the catalog changes. The orders machine (the one with the errors) has stayed the same.
