Hi,
I have a range of shampoo products for which I offer 10% discount on orders of 4 or more bottles. I have created an appropriate group and discount for this specific order quantity which works absolutely fine.
From time to time I also offer an additional promotional offer to run along side the regular order quantity discount which is as follows:
Buy any 6 (4 Litre) bottles and get the cheapest one free. (PLUS 10% OFF.)
If a customer purchases 1 (4 Litre) bottle then Actinic informs the customer of the promotional offers available to them.
However, if the customer orders 4 (4 Litre) bottles, the 6 bottle promotion disappears and is no longer offered. If the customer orders 6 bottles they only get 10% discount - no free product!
Am I therefore right in thinking Actinic can only offer one discount promotion?
If someone can clarify this that would be great.
Thanks
Kevin Simpson
