Hi,
Just got this from Protx:
"Protx have recently experienced batch settlement file errors which has caused a delay in the settlement of merchant funds. This has been caused by an increased number of Vendors using our VSP Direct and VSP Server services passing transaction amounts in the wrong format. Our protocol states that amounts must use '0' or '2' decimal places. However, we are seeing transactions amounts being passed in 1, 3 or more decimal places. For example: Incorrect amounts: £20.4, £20.456 or £20.4567 Correct amounts: £20 or £20.45 To prevent any further delay in the settlement of funds, Protx have today introduced an error trap to reject transactions with more than 2 decimal places. Any transactions passed in the incorrect format will be rejected with the following error: Amount format invalid If you are getting this error, you are not following the protocol correctly and will need to amend your code. You or your web developer will need to make sure that the format of the amount field you pass is set to two decimal places. Protx would like to apologise for the short notice of enforcing our existing protocol, however it is necessary to avoid any further delay in the settlement of your funds."
I take it that Actinic is not one of the problem packages - could one of the developers confirm this, please?
Thanks,
