    Check Out Problems

Well everything wotks fine appart from the last two check out page's. I get the pop up window "You are about to leave a secure area" when in actual fact you are not. So my cstomers are thinking that they are entering cc detail's on an un secure page.

If you want to have a look go to Spex4less.com

    Please help

    Thank you

First of all, let me disagree that everything works fine. Having added a pair of safety glasses to the cart and gone to checkout I did not get to your error message - i got as far as 'credit card number is invalid' and that is as far as i'm willing to go testing someone elses system , but no error message and I could see the addresses were https:....

    Problem
I then used the browser back button to return to the product page. Now I wanted to go to the cart and delete my test purchase - only THERE IS NO WAY TO THE CART EXCEPT BY ADDING A NEW PRODUCT PURCHASE.

I clicked another add to cart button and deleted the two pairs of glasses I had "bought".

Just placed and paid for a test order (you will need to delete) under "Test from Actinic Site".. as with Bill I managed to get all the way through with no error messages

        Thanks

Thanks For your help. I am aware of the back button problem and i have a way around it but ill do that and "tart up" the check out pages when its working ok.

I think maybee you guys at some point in the past may have checked the box "don not display this message again" in the pop up window. On one computer i get the message and on another i dont, but it has happened to one of my customers. Any how i will leave it for now.

        Thanks for your help.

it seems be be your tracker, put an https address instead and it will work

          Kind Regards
