Off-line ordering was such a useful addition but we are really struggling with its cumbersome layout. Clicking between so many different screens when adding an order makes it very difficult to use, especially whilst a customer is on the phone and even more so when the customer is prone to changing their minds half way through!
Surely it would benefit ALL Actinic users of off-line ordering if there was a "one page" order entry form.
Does anyone else agree?
