Affiliate Future

Hi,

Does anyone have experience integrating Affiliate Future with Actinic please?

Specifically, the confirmation page is generated by perl script, so any ideas on where the sales tracking code should be placed? And what should be used for the variables "order_value" and "order_reference" to grab the relevent data from Actinic.

Hi Sam

The tracking code would normally be placed in "Act_Order04.html", which is the receipt page of the store. The Advance User Guide should tell you what variable you should use.

Order Value is NETQUOTEVAR:ACTINICORDERTOTAL
Order Reference is NETQUOTEVAR:THEORDERNUMBER

I'm also looking for an affiliate package.

It needs to integrate with actinic, be *really simple* and cheap. Any recomendations?

So far, looking around previous posts, I've found affiliatepro and affiliate future. I use affiliate future already (as an affiliate) so would be interested to know if that works with actinic...

With Nadeem's response, above, it is simple to integrate and track - though you'll need to use NUMERICORDERTOTALCGI rather than ACTINICORDERTOTAL

woah, just been looking at the costs - £500 fee + £75/month?

Seems a bit of a risk if your not that sure if the site will take off or not...

The only advantage I can see is that they have an army of affiliates, and my site would be available to them (they should see it under 'new schemes' for a while)... so I may pick up affiliates from their ranks, where-as affiliatepro doesn't seem to have this so i would only get affiliates who saw the link on my website...

How is your affiliate program going? Do you get any stats on where your affiliates originated? (ie. site link, other affiliate, affiliate future website?)
