free delivery

Hi
I am trying to set up a special offer that is:
Spend £25 or more on say purple umberellas (for example) and get free delivery.
I understand about setting up product groups etc, but can't see how i can set the postage for this offer to a negative!!!!

How is your postage calculated? If by weight - can you manipulate the weight to get what you want? Perhaps 10,000kg each and add a new shipping class of Special Order delivery with a cost of 0.

Hi,
My site is not live yet, but it will be soon... (more than fingers crossed).

At this stage i believe i will set my shipping up to be calculated by spend amounts, ie £10 = £1 postage, if this helps you to answer this question.

If postage will be a percentage of value, then apply a discount of the same percentage to the product group set to kick in at your lower limit - in this case £25.
