Adding a country to invoice selection

I want to add Canada to the list of countires that appear on the drop down menu under "Select Invoice Location" on the shopping cart page, but I cannot seem to do it.

At the moment to take a Canadian order, the shopper has to choose "None of above" from the invoice location then Canada from The Select Shipping Desination.

Any help would be appreciated

I did find out how to do this a moment ago and came back to say it was sorted,

Is Canada listed in Advanced | Locations? If yes, then go to View | Business settings - Shipping and handling tab. In Shipping bands click by zone, then right click North America and choose properties - is Canada listed on the left? if not, find Canada in the list on the right and click the button to add it to the selection.
