Way too little information. Where are you trying to upload. Actinic trial site or your real domain?

If your domain, who is the webhost, are you on *nix or windows server? What settings did you make in advanced | network settings, or did you run the web | configure web settings wizard?

What is the specific error message you are getting?

There is no limitation to the trial version, it is a fully funtional with a time limit of 30 days. Like Bill says what error messages are you getting, please try to put as much information as possible.
