How do I drop in a 140px inage into homepage?

Can you tell me how to drop in a 140 pixel wid graphics in this
page:

I know I edit act_brochureprimary.htm
But can i do this easily in dreamweaver?

I dont use developer

create a brochure fragment

use the text only template and then copy and paste your dreamweaver code into the fragment

thats how i do it
