CC Surcharge with HSBC Secure Epayments

Hi Guys,

We are trying to setup a credit card surcharge in conjunction with HSBC secure epayments. For some reason, this does not seem to work. We have set ti restriction to apply only to HSBC, but there is nothing displayed on the checkout page about any credit card surcharges.

Has anyone tried to do the same and managed to find a solution?

Hi there

On a default site, there would be a message that says something similar to:

The adjustment 'Credit Cart Surcharge Example' will not be applied if you use payment method other than Credit Card.

So i would check your "Act_ShoppingCartXML.html" and compare it to the original one found in "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS\Act_ShoppingCartXML.html"
