layout.ini problem styarting Actinic v7.o4

I know this has been dealt with somewhere before but after an hours searching I can't find the answer. On booting the program I get the spash screen then the following error:

The specified key is missing or wrong in the layout.ini file

Please help

thanks Bill for your reply - i had tried layout.ini - no results except my own post
and layout but that of course produce hundreds of results!

Will post again if I still have problems
