How do I go about adding a Neteller payment method to actinic v7 ?

Online Credit Card Processors need to integrate with the Actinic solution, for which Actinic provide an Integration ToolKit for the Online CCPs to use to achieve this, which I believe is a chargable kit....
It is not possible to simply pick an OCCP and connect an Actinic site to it unless it is listed amongst those supported, as encryption between the Actinic site and the OCCP is required for it all to work correctly with call backs and the like...
