    update customer account

    when you edit or change a customers account how do you then make sure that the new information is uploaded?
    I just changed a custers account then updated the site and the new info did not get uploaded?

    Hi Robert,

    If it was a small text change then it may not have been updated, Actinic when uploading will check the filesize of a file, a small text change will sometimes not trigger it to update. What you can do, is to either do a full "Web | Refresh Website", or you could temporary delete the customer account, update the site, then undelete it, and again update the site.

      When ever I set-up a new account I always go to the site and logon in their name to make sure that 1. It works and 2. It has the correct information before I send them an email.
