e-Mail Address Sent From Actinic to Nochex

Hi

I have been doing some testing of my site, and I have found a problem with Nochex payments. When a payment request is being sent from Actinic to Nochex, the process is failing as the e-mail attached to the instruction is "-1" rather than the e-mail address that has been used to set up the Nochex account.

Any suggestions on how to get around this one?

Hi there

I have not heard of this with any other nochex customers. So in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security | Nochex", if you click on "Configure Method", you have your own email address here, which is registered with Nochex? Has this issue always happened?
