Statistics collection help needed...

Hi all,
I am looking to install Urchin Web Statistics software on my site.
It is tag based (every page refers to a .js file in the site root)
Does anybody have any information/tips on how this can be achieved.
I specifically need to know which pages I need to insert the tag into.
Also, is there anybody with any experience of setting up the e-commerce tracking in Urchin/Actinic that can be of assistance.
