Shipping Destination invalid/error

Whilst making changes to the Shipping & Handling section of my site, I now get an error when going through checkout:

'Select Shipping Destination - Please select a country.'

This happens even though on the previous screen you have to choose a destination as I have 'Request location information early'

I'm assuming it's something to do with Business Settings>Shipping & Handling ?

Help very much appreiated as I had it fully operational before ...

I addition, interestingly this only occurs when I have 'Request location information early' checked. When I uncheck this the transaction appears to go through OK

Sorry - I'm not seeing the problem - just completed an order under the option 'invoice with order' (sorry, you'll have to delete - I continued expecting the error message to appear).

I've been tinkering with the site, sorry

The problem only appears to be when I have 'request location information early' checked & you complete a transaction either through credit/debit card or paypal (i have removed 'invoice with order')

When i have the above checked it doesn't seem to recognise the destination you chose & keeps asking for the country which you have already chosen ...

OK - just ran through again - still no problem - input country choice just once when I first went to the cart - went as far as putting in my cc number then cancelled out. Was redirected from worldpay to a "You are not allowed to see this page" file with a choice of returning to your home page or doing a report to webmaster - page was generated by Zeus. I chose homepage and exited. Then went back in and cleared my cart.

OK, this appears to have been a cookie problem. I deleted the appropriate cookie & all seems to work once again
