How do I make button images appear?

I am using clean layout 10 edited extensively in Dreamweaver.

I have a list of sections:

Footwear
Lingerie
Nightwear etc...

I want to turn them into button images.

Do I have to hard code each button and insert the images in the site folder or can actinic do this an easier way?

Why does actinic not offer two fields in the section for putting a button1 and button2 for the rollover? - It would be much simpler!!!
