Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding how best to show our prices stated in $(USD). Our second main market is the US and currently we show the USD price besides the GBP price on the page (see HERE).
The only problem with this is that it misrepresents the actual price that US buyers will pay as it includes VAT and our experience is generally that US buyers do not always understand that VAT is deducted from the stated price. This is obviously more significant on the larger ticket items.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to display the dual pricing more clearly or to show the USD price less VAT. If you have any other suggestions or ideas I'd be happy to hear them.
Regards,
Jon
