Removing Horizontal Lines

Whenever I add a fragment to a page, a dividing horizontal line appears either above or below the new fragment. How do I get rid please?

Hi there

Is this fragments along with the product you have a horizontal line, if so, then please go to "Advance | Template Manager | Sections | Product Line" and find the following line

NETQUOTEVAR:INCLUDE Act_ProductSeparator.html

Please comment out this line.
