Error Message on Contact Us help

Can Anyone advise me please - I keep getting this message whilst testing my contact us email -

Error returned from SMTP server (4: Unexpected failure, please try later )

Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here

I do receive the email however. But it must be confusing for customers...
I was told by my host to set the SMTP to "localhost" and I have tried both authenticated and non authenticated and get the same result...

Any answers on a postcard please ... !!!

Hi Jerry

Who are your hosting company, you could try in the "Advance | Network Setup" for SMTP Server "mail.eurobulbs.co.uk" or "smtp.eurobulbs.co.uk". They should also have provided for you a username and password for the smtp server.
