Offline Shipping Calculation Error

I have 2 options for shipping in UK, both calculated by weight, with a £3 premium for Express service.

Orders from the website are calculated correctly. However when they are processed offline the Express shipping is always calculated lower than the Basic and no obvious formula!!!

Its driving me slightly nuts - HELP!

I have justed tested this and i don't get the problem as you described. I have licenced a new site using the default store data and it works fine for me. It possible there is an issue with your database, so i would suggest in registering a support ticket on: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm

Found the problem - its a bug but not serious!

If you only specify a base shipping cost for 0kg the shipping calculator does not work correctly.

If you specify first value - say 1kg - and then use same incremental value, calculation is fine.

I'm happy I found a workaround

Glad you have found a work around, we unfortunately use cost based shipping not weight, hence the wait for 7.5 update.
