Hide Trade products from Retail Customers

Hi,

Is there away to hide trade products from retail customers?

I have a page that has 4 different sizes for one product. Each size has been added as an individual product e.g. 10ml, 25ml, 100ml & 250ml

The 10 & 25ml are for retail, the other two are only for trade customers.

How can I stop the 100ml & 250ml showing on a page if the person viewing isn't logged in (Retail Customer)?

Hi Andrew,

Within product details, have a look at the Prices tab. I think if you unclick the Product Visible for customer group Retail option, this will do what you want.

I've looked at this, but this doesn't stop the product from being shown. I want the Retail customer only to see the products that they can buy.

Using the options on the Prices tab, the product is still visible and a message is shown.

Is there away to stop the trade products from being shown at all?

Hi Andrew

If you untick "Retail" "Enable" in the "Price" tab for that product, then this product will disappear, and only registered customers can see it.
