I'm using Quickbooks US and Actinic 7.03. When I use the Quickbooks to Actinic Link to transfer customers in Quickbooks, I get an error that says Customer name and Company name must be unique for each customer. Is there an option to set so that this isn't necessary? I couldn't find any help on how customer fields are mapped between Quickbooks and Actinic and how such mappings can be modified.

Have you checked your settings in the QuickBooks to Actinic profile? Because it looks likes something there must be causing the problem. Because it is not possible for you to create customer accounts with same company name in QuickBooks. I suggest that you take look at the customer tab help content that is available in the QuickBooks to Actinic Link help and check your settings.David Eldridge
