How do I Zero-Rate Products Entered as Offline Orders (to reflect Free Samples)?

Hi,

I want to have the ability to send out free samples to customers (generated from my request - not from the customer's request) and to enable these samples to be entered as offline orders into Actinic - but zero-rated so that I can export all the files to Quickbooks and the free samples will, indeed, be zero valued in the accounts.

Any ideas how I zero-rate products when I'm entering them into Actinic as an offline order? If this is done under 'Discount Settings', what settings do I need to make to zero-rate just for Offline Orders?

The only way to do this in an offline order would be to first to change the product in the content tree to be zero rated, then do an offline order, then change it back to the normal pricing.
