For some reason when I delete an order and then try to purge the order I get an error saying "not a valid bookmark" and "try purging the order again". I try again but the same error. Any idea why it wont let me purge any orders? Please!
Try purging just a few - or even just one - and report back with what happens.
That message can sometimes suggest that your database is a bit unwell, use the option on the housekeeping menu to compact (and therefore repair) your database and try again.
