    Business - Customer Login EMAILS

    When i create a new customer and add him to an account, I then try and send him his unique Login and Password info via Email through ACTINIC.

    I always get a pop up saying that i have other emails to send to this customer and would I like to view them, even if its a brand new customer. It would seem that Actinic doesnt purge the email addresses each time, even a manual purge doesnt seem to get rid of them.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there

    For the outstanding emails, did you make sure you first deleted them. If you highlight an outstanding email in the order, and press delete, there should be a red cross on it, once this is done, simply go to "Housekeeping | Purge Emails".
