Viewing actinic pages thru babel fish translator

Hello,

Im thinking of putting a link on my site to translate pages using altavista's babel fish.

However I cannot add to cart without getting an error. Is this to do with referer settings. How can I get around it.

Hi there

Its seems that when using babelfish, Actinic is not sending the product reference via the script. Babelfish cannot even use the search scripts. I think Babelfish is intended for static html pages without using perlscripts. I can't see a way of getting around this I'm afraid.

If the products are quite static you could set up a section for Dutch, French etc copying in duplicates but changing the description text as copied and pasted through BabelFish - although the checkout will still be in the native language
