Big checkout issues - URGENT

Hi everyone,

We are getting the following error message when making a test order on our website we made in Actinic V.7:

Error parsing XML text (Actinic:ADDRESSES)

This error occurs when trying to purchase an item without checking the "do you want to send this item to a seperate shipping address" option. We enter all address details and click next and then the error message appears.

When we do check the box, so there's 2 seperate invoice and shipping addresses, we can get through to the final stage of the order process without any problems.

Also, the 'COUNTY' field (on the address form) is not getting a stylesheet applied to it - whereas all other fields are getting it, even though it is assigned a stylesheet in the code. The county field is stylesheeted correctly when you check the box at the first stage of the checkout for 2 seperate addresses. This field also doesnt retain information that you enter into it, but the other address fields do retain the information....

Bit of a puzzler - can anyone suggest anything? Any particular file or line of code we should be looking for etc?

Please try backing up your "Act_Order02.html", then go to "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS", copy the original "Act_Order02.html" and paste it in the site folder. Update the site, and check to see if that works. If it does, then simply compare that template with your modified one. Perhaps you missing a variable which is needed.
