create external web link in Right bar

Hello

Using the Smart theme I simply want to add an external link to one of the title bars, preferrably the right hand one.

I am going to design-options-rightbartext and puting this in the value column

http://1750.tchosts4.net</a>

The text for the link appears in the title bar, it's not an active link. Advice on what I'm missing would be appreciated.

I just tried this code as is in my html editor, and when clicked the link opened http://1750.tchos ts4.net/templates/menu0/menu.asp which showed a menu in the top left of the screen and nothing else.
Trying http://1750.tchos ts4.net/home.asp directly in a browser window also showed a menu in the top left of the screen and nothing else.

Clicking menu links opened the relevant asp page in the second frame.
Clicking an item from the motherboard menu page did an add to basket, where the 'not obvious' choice of Continue shopping at Your PC, opened the standard Acinic store in the second frame, leaving the asp menu active in the first.
