from windows 2000 to windows XP

    Hello,

I've just changed my Pc, and therefore my operating system, from Windows 2000 to Windows XP.

When I tried to retrieve orders, or refresh my catalogue I have the following message (screencapture).

It says to copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again. I'm not an expert with perl scripts... Can somebody tell me exactly which files I should copy? Is there a risk that some data should be lost?

    Thanks for your help!

Have you installed the latest Actinic patch on the XP machine to match that of the 2000 machine - appears you have different versions at the moment - if so install and do a purge and refresh to get all scripts to the same version

Go to the folder called "Original" you will find it under your actinic folder.

Locate all the files which end with .pl and .pm

      Copy these files into site1
