Checkout Problem

I've recently upgraded mysite and It seems as though account customers can place an order but when they go to checkout the cart is empty?

The cookie delete time is set to 5hours so its not that.

the only way we've seemed to get around it is by getting the customers to login then log out and then login in again to start there order.

This works but, I'm sure there must be something I can do?

P.s This only seems to happen when the site is part secure?
works fine as all secure?

Hi there

The whole site is set to ssl a the moment, so cant see the problem.

But buy the sounds of what you have described, it could be down to the fact that a link on you're site that dont run via the bb script which manages logging in and price schedules therefore when they click it, they are no longer logged in, also it could be due to hardcoded links that are not http or https...

Either way, it would be easier if you upload you're site so the ssl is just applied to the checkout and customer login pages so I can have a look.
