    Shipping

    Hi
    I want to offer customers free shipping if they order 3 or more products but on orders of less than 3 products i want to charge a small shipping contribution. Any ideas anyone?

    Set Shipping to "Total Quantity" and set your rows as

    2 = £10.00
    3 = £0.00

    and excess = take highest value in field

    so 1 or 2 products charged at £10.00 and 3 or more charged at £0.00

      Not tried it, but set up shipping by quantity as described under Help | Help Topics, shipping charges, make your entries for 1, 2 products according to what you want to charge, set 3 = 0.00 and set 'Excess' to 'Take the highest value in the table'.

            The shipping bands should stay from your previous shipping model - probably best to use "by zone" as you probably don't want to offer free shipping to every country in the world!
