Templates Theme with right bar properties

I'm using the Smart template in Av.7 It has the side left and right property areas where you can additional info. How do I add links to different areas in this section without altering it in DWMX? I have added text in the Site Defaults area but this doesn't link. The client needs to be able to do this using the software. They may also want to add a linking image here also.

You need to add the HTML into the text description where you normally enter the box text eg:

See our latest<a href="http://www.domain.co.uk/acatalog/widget.html#aPRODUCT">New Widget Gizmo</a> for on £10.00


Where PRODUCT is the product reference number - note the "a" before PRODUCT is needed
