Where do I paste the payment logo?

I'm using the Curves template and would like to add the Nochex logo with details of which payments are accepted to my site - ideally I'd like this on all of the shop pages just under the "quick search". Their site says to paste the following "into your website software" Please could somebody tell me where in the software I'm supposed to paste it? Is this all I need or should I have anything else?

Under Design | Options | Layouts click the edit button next to default overall layout (this is usually Act_Primary.html but may have been changed)

Look for NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH<br> (about 157 lines down the code) and paste your code beneath. If you have too big a gap between the search and NoChex then remove one (or both) of the <br> tags after NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH

Thank Jont - it works - probably a silly question (but I'd rather ask it than totally mess up again) - to add a paypal logo to, would I just past their script before or after the nochex one?

Either will work and just depends on which you prefer.
