Order Download Problems

When trying to download orders and error message pops up

"the webs script was unable to delete the specified file from the web site because the file's permissions are blocked. Recommend retry or abort or manually delete the file". Command delete File name BW53QJ10003857.ord.

When I close down the box the orders come down but don't clear from the website. The same orders repeatedly download every time I go through the process.

Has anyone got any ideas how to deal with this problem

If you have the order downloaded safe and sound you can access your web server using an FTP program - change the file permissions (attributes) on the dodgy file to allow the owner to read, write and execute and then delete the file
