Uploading problem

I have made an index page outside Actinic and I upload this page via Dreamweaver. The bulk of the site is uploaded via Actinic and when I get to the part which says that there is already an index page on the site and do I want to overwrite it I answer no. Unfortunately I have checked the box against the part which says do no ask this question again and now each time I upload via Actinic the index page is overwritten.

Any help that anyone can give on how to restore this dialogue box would be appreciated.

You should also uncheck the box saying to use this page as the homepage against the "home" brochure
